In my workshops I create a safer yet demanding work atmosphere that allows you to explore your creative potential. Through structured exercises, I support you in raising your awareness and reconnecting with embodied knowledge that is often ignored.

I have taught in professional and educational settings across Europe, the Middle East and in West Africa. I am constantly developing my methods and in every workshop that I give I learn something new myself.
